W swojej kilkunastoletniej karierze przeszłam ciekawą ścieżkę zawodową. Pracowałam w małych i dużych firmach, na rozmaitych stanowiskach. Wspominam o tym wcale nie po to, żeby zrobić na Tobie wrażenie! Po prostu lubię konkrety i w ten sposób chcę pokazać Ci, co przez ten czas wyniosłam.

Jestem typem zadaniowca i niemal zawsze mam przy sobie listę TO DO. Nie dlatego, że lubię siedzenie w papierkach. No, może nie tylko dlatego 😊 Bycie zorganizowaną daje mi satysfakcję, szczególnie kiedy mogę nauczyć jej innych, a później podziwiać ich uporządkowane archiwa.

Żeby jednak przeprowadzić taką zmianę, która dotyczy nie tylko pracowników, ale także ich szefów, muszę poznać zespół i jego wyzwania. Prześledzić procesy, przyjrzeć się obiegowi dokumentów oraz nawykom, jakim na co dzień oddaje się biuro.

Na co dzień prowadzę firmę UrsaGO®, która buduje i rozwija administracje firm, opierając się na efektywnych procesach organizacyjnych i potencjale pracowników biurowych. Przeprowadzam audyty, szkolę i tworzę kursy on-line.

1. Szybko dostrzegam problemy administracji i dobieram do nich skuteczne rozwiązania, przywracając wiarę w sens pracy,
2. Analizuję narzędzia, procesy, przekonania i zależności, które stoją na drodze do efektywnej organizacji biura,
3. Dostrzegam indywidualne predyspozycje pracowników, budujące efektywność całego zespołu,
4. Stawiam na ludzi, a dobrze zorganizowana administracja jest efektem ubocznym zmiany, jaka wtedy zachodzi w mentalnym nastawieniu.

 

A prywatnie? W życiu kieruję się wartościami i zasadami z odrobiną szaleństwa 😉 Bardzo cenię otwartość i autentyczność. Kocham Jezioro Garda, Portugalię. Jestem mamą 11-letniej córki i miłośniczką przedwojennego kina. Mogę godzinami opowiadać o moim ukochanym amancie: Eugeniuszu Bodo.
